I was crashing in the area for two weeks, decided to stop in on a whim, and was very pleasantly surprised with what I found. The managers are extremely friendly and welcoming and were more than happy to work with me with regards to a short-term pass, which gives you convenient 24/7 access to the gym. I've been regularly visiting fitness facilities and martial arts studios for more than a decade, and, even when compared against gyms in San Francisco, DC, and Colorado, their facility is clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked. They offer all of the essentials, like free weights, weight machines, and treadmills/ellipticals, and all of the folks I met while working out seemed motivated and also happy to be there. Due to its fairly high altitude (almost 4000 feet) the gym also offers a unique opportunity to do high altitude training and conditioning, which has been nice since I plan to do some serious backpacking over the next month and needed to get my body ready. Thank you for offering such an amazing space!
